Heart Age:

Calculate your Heart Age and compare it to your actual age. Is your Heart Age higher than your actual age? If yes, it’s time to focus on ways to lower your risk and lower your Heart Age closer to your actual age. If your Heart Age is less than your actual age, your heart is healthy, but learning how to keep your heart and brain healthy is important!

Life Expectancy:

Finding out about your life expectancy related to your risk factors can be worrisome and concerning at times. Be sure to discuss your results with your family, friends, and health care provider.
